By creating an account or making a purchase on ShopNest, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Product Listings
ShopNest acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We do not directly sell all listed products. Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely via our payment partners. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with full refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day return policy applies to most products. Items must be in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Some items may be non-returnable.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use ShopNest to: upload false or misleading content, violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShopNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShopNest after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
